    Lime zest, green apple, wet slate. Bone dry with a long, mineral finish. Lovely with oysters and sunshine.

    Stone fruit and toasted hazelnut from ten months in older oak. Creamy at the centre, tight and clean at the edges.

    Pressed from Pinot Noir. Wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and a dry, savoury finish. Made for the terrace.

    Red cherry, forest floor and a little clove. Silky and bright, with fine tannin. Best slightly cool.
